Meeting the Guardians, Ch 13

At the Sweets Kingdom, Tails and Admon were at the window waiting for Erin and Pepper still. Tails then saw something as he got Admon’s attention. Admon looks and saw what Tails was looking at.

“Is that…” Admon asked.

Erin and Pepper appear before Tails and Admon on their carpet.

“Flying carpet taxi service.” Erin joked.

Tails gasped and hugged Erin tightly. Erin was gagging as Tails’ hug was so tight, cracking noises were heard. Admon helped Pepper off the carpet. It rolled itself up and went in Pepper’s room.

“Oh Erin, I‘m so glad you‘re back!” Tails called. “I would cut my tails off and sell them to bring you back!”

“Erin-chan/-chi!” The charas and Chestnut exclaimed, hugging her head.

“That reminds me: Pepper where were you and Erin and how did you get back home?” Admon asked.

“It was the guardians.” Pepper answered.

“Guardians?” Tails and Admon asked.

Jack Frost whistle as they all look and saw… the Guardians! Tails eye widen, letting go of the bended Erin. She lands on the ground with a thud.

“Santa? The Easter Bunny? The Tooth Fairy? Sandman? And Jack Frost?” Tails asked. “But, uh… uh…” Tails then fainted off-screen. Erin and Pepper giggled at him.

“I want to thank you for bringing Pepper and Erin back home safely.” Admon bowed in respect.

“It was no big deal.” Jack replied.

“Oh, Pepper, Erin. Here.” North gave Erin and Pepper two boxes. “It‘s the one thing you wanted this year.”

Erin smiled about to open it. She stops with a smile.

“What‘s wrong?” Bunnymund asked, wondering why Erin’s not gonna open it.

“It‘s the one thing you want and you won‘t open it?” Noth asked.

Erin goes in and sets the box down. “I already got what I want for Christmas.” She picks up Tails who was still fainted. “To be with the ones I love.”

The guardians smiled at Erin, touched by what she said. Pepper tosses the present on her bed, goes up to Admon and hugs him.

“Me too.” Pepper nodded. She then shouts, “Besides I have enough presents!”

Erin rolled her eyes as she hugs the now conscious Tails.

“Shelia?” Bunnymund asked.

“Hmm?” Erin asked.

“See yah on Easter.” Bunnymund told her. “And please put a ribbon in your hair for me.”

Erin nodded, “And I promise to make you the cake.”

Bunnymund smiled and nod at her.

“Come on, we got presents to deliever soon.” North said as the sliegh flew off with the guardians.

“Why? You busy distracted just like you got me three days ‘till Easter!” Bunnymund asked.

“Yes but this is Christmas and it‘s way important then Easter right now.”

“What?! That again?! Listen!”

They continue to argue as they leave. Jack Frost came back and said, “Pepper, may I?”

Pepper nodded knowing what he means. Jack smiled as he held his cane up and he magically made snow appear. Jack then flies off shouting with cheer.

Tails, Erin, Pepper, Admon, and the little ones watch the guardians leave. They then turn back inside the building as it snows.

On Christmas morning in the castle hall, Erin and Pepper were wearing beautiful Christmas dresses. They begin to sing as the credits roll.

After opening presents, the girls went ice-skating. Erin was having trouble but Tails helped her out. Pepper ice-skates and made a snowflake. Admon created a leaf with his skates.

Erin: And though we may look different we are singing with my voice

Tails and Pepper are now dancing together while Erin and Admon are dancing together. They jump up in the air.

Erin and Pepper connect hands and twirl around.

At night, Erin, Tails, Admon, and Pepper were now having Christmas dinner. The little ones were joined in as well.

That hope is the greatest of the gifts we'll receive

“Merry Christmas.” Erin said to Pepper.

“Merry Christmas.” Pepper replied putting her hat on Erin’s head. Erin smiled as she tilt the hat a bit. The story ends with Pepper and Erin appearing on a wreath and winking and thumbs-up at the audience.
